Fitec 30-Day Guarantee

Fitec’s Signature Series Cast Net has a 30-day guarantee to be free of manufacturing defects at time of purchase. Manufacturing defects would include any defects in materials and/or workmanship. Fitec will replace free of charge any net found to be defective prior to immersion in water. If found defective, return the net along with a note describing the defect, your name, address, email address, telephone number and a copy of your dated receipt. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS GUARANTEE, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, LAW, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY FITEC. TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THIRTY DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

Fitec Lifetime "No Questions Asked" Replacement Policy (For the Signature Series Only)

For an “out of warranty “ product, Fitec also has a “no questions asked” replacement policy that covers any possible damage to the net including damage arising from neglect, misuse, abuse, improper care or ordinary wear and tear. If the net is damaged while being used or otherwise, Fitec will supply a one-time replacement of the same model net (including length, mesh and weight) for 50% off the original purchase price, plus shipping and applicable taxes. If we no longer offer the exact model, we will replace it with the closest comparable model from our current product line. We will do this one time during the time you own the original net. All that is required is a photo of the damaged net and previous submission of the registration form below with your dated receipt.
